(A) There is hereby created the County Emergency Management Department, which shall be governed by an Emergency Management Council consisting of: County Commissioners; Councilmembers and/or chief executive of each signator-incorporated community; County Sheriff; and other persons as designated from time to time by the Emergency Management Council.
(B) The Chairperson of the County Commissioners shall be Chairperson of the Emergency Management Council. The Vice Chairperson shall be elected from among its members.
