§ 32.07 PARTICIPATION ON THE NATIONAL REGISTER PROCESS.
   The SCHPS shall review each pending National Register nomination that lies within the boundaries of its specified jurisdiction. The SCHPS will comply with § 4 of the “Rules and Regulations Pertaining to the Certification of Local Governments,” being Section 4 of W.C.W.R. 085-0010-1, as written by the SHPO and officially approved by the Department of the Interior.
