§ 31.36 BONDS.
   The Town Clerk/Treasurer and ex-officio assessor shall give a bond in the sum of $500, the Town Marshal shall give a bond of $500 and the Town Clerk/Treasurer and ex-officio collector of taxes shall give a bond in the sum of $1,000.
