§ 155.62 ATTACHMENT TO TREES.
   (A)   Signs, notices. It shall be unlawful to attach any sign, advertisement or notice to any tree or shrub on town property, including any public right-of-way.
   (B)   Wires, ropes. It shall be unlawful to attach any wire, chain, cable or rope to any tree or shrub in any public street or other town property without permission from the town.
