§ 153.12 EMERGENCIES.
   In cases where it reasonably appears that there is immediate danger to the life or safety of any person unless a dangerous building, as defined herein, is immediately repaired or demolished, the Building Inspector, the Fire Marshal or the Health Officer shall report such facts to the Town Council and the Council shall cause the immediate repair or demolition of such dangerous building; the cost of such emergency repair or emergency demolition shall be a lien, and collected in the same manner as provided in § 153.13.
