§ 153.09 HEARING BY TOWN COUNCIL.
Any decision of the Building Inspector, the Fire Marshal or the Health Officer requiring the repair or demolition of any dangerous building shall be reviewed by the Town Council prior to actually implementing any such decision. The review required by this section shall be deemed satisfied if an owner or authorized agent appeals the decision and a hearing is held to consider that appeal. If no appeal is filed, the Town Council shall hold a public hearing after the expiration of the appeal period for purposes of reviewing the decision. If, after a hearing on the matter, the Town Council is in concurrence with the decision of the Building Inspector, the Fire Marshal or the Health Officer, it may order the repair or demolition of any dangerous building in accordance with the request or impose any condition or modification deemed necessary.
