§ 31.04 PAYMENT INTO THE RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
   The contributions made by the town/law to the State Retirement System, although designated as employee contributions, are being paid to the State Retirement System by the town/law in lieu of contributions by the employees who are members of the State Retirement System.
