§ 152.182 INFORMAL RESOLUTION.
   Upon finding that a zoning violation has probably occurred, the Town Building Official may attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the responsible party and discussing the violation. In the case of complaints, not more than 30 days shall be allowed for informal resolution. If informal resolution is not successful within the specified time, the Town Building Official shall issue a notice of violation.
