§ 152.151 ORGANIZATION AND MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Planning Commission shall elect its own Chairperson, and may appoint a qualified secretary, who need not be a member of the Commission, and shall create and fill such other offices as it may determine it requires for the proper conduct of the affairs and business of the Commission. The Chairperson shall be elected yearly at the regular Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in January of each year and shall be eligible for reelection.
   (B)   The Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting in each month, at such time and place as may be fixed by the Commission. Special meetings of the Commission may be called by the Chairperson, or in his or her absence, by any of the members of the Commission. A majority of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
   (C)   Any member of the Planning Commission shall automatically disqualify himself or herself from voting on any decision on which he or she might have a personal interest by virtue of ownership of land to be affected by zoning, or other similar situation.
   (D)   All meetings shall be open to the public. The Commission shall adopt such other rules and regulations governing its organization and procedures as it may deem necessary, consistent with the laws of the town and state.
   (E)   All Commission resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations and minutes are public records and shall be filed in the Town Hall.
