§ 152.150 APPOINTMENT; COMPOSITION; TERMS; REMOVAL; VACANCIES.
   (A)   The Mayor, with the consent of the Council, shall appoint a Planning Commission consisting of five members. Each member shall be appointed for a term of three years.
   (B)   The Council may remove any Commission member for cause upon written charges after public hearing. Vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired portion of a term.
