Non-conforming uses and structures shall not be enlarged or expanded and no non-conforming uses or structures shall be moved to another location where such use or structure would also be non-conforming, with the following exception: buildings that are non-conforming because of not meeting the side and/or rear setback requirements may be enlarged or expanded, provided the new sections of the building comply with all setback requirements.
