For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
NON-CONFORMING LOT. A lot of record that legally existed at the time this chapter was enacted and which is smaller than the present minimum lot area and/or frontage requirements of the zoning district where it is now located.
NON-CONFORMING STRUCTURE. One that legally existed at the time of enactment of this chapter, and does not conform to the present requirements of the zoning district for setbacks or other dimensional requirements.
NON-CONFORMING USE. Any use of land, premises, building or structure that legally existed prior to the enactment of this chapter, which has been continuously in use and is no longer a permitted use in the zoning district where it is now located.
