(A) Purpose. The “C-2” Business Park Commercial District is intended to facilitate the development of new commercial areas that can accommodate the relocation of existing businesses in the town as well as new businesses that may be attracted to the town. Most available locations in town are small or are in primarily residential areas and, therefore, not ideal for most new or expanding businesses. The “C-2” District is intended to provide suitable sites for a wide range of commercial uses particularly those requiring new buildings on larger lots.
