§ 152.095 NEW CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED.
   All buildings of any type and in any zoning district constructed or installed after adoption of this chapter shall be of new construction or alteration of existing construction already at the site. Replacement manufactured homes are exempt from this requirement as provided in subsections b and c of Section 14.
