(A) When landscaping is required by this chapter, the applicant shall provide a landscaping plan for the Planning Commissions’s review and the Town Council’s approval as part of the compliance permit application.
(B) Required landscaping shall consist of planting materials, including, but not limited to, sod, trees, shrubs, ground covers, grasses, flowers, decorative rock, bark, mulch and similar materials. Landscaping shall be completed within one year from the date of occupancy of the building. All live landscaping shall be properly maintained. All dead or dying landscaping shall be replaced immediately and all sodded areas mowed, fertilized and irrigated on a regular basis.
