§ 152.089 MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   Minor subdivisions require a compliance permit approved by the Planning Commission and reported to the Town Council. All minor subdivisions shall be of sound layout, create usable building lots and meet applicable zoning requirements. To be considered a minor subdivision, all required utilities, streets and other infrastructure must already be in place and available to serve the subdivision. Subdivisions that require the extension of utilities, streets or other infrastructure shall be processed as major subdivisions.
