§ 30.20 PUBLICATION.
   All ordinances shall be published once in the official newspaper and shall be recorded by the Town Clerk/Treasurer in a book provided for that purpose, called “Ordinance Book, Town of Cowley,” and the same shall be properly and conveniently indexed.
