These standards shall apply to all single-family residences, duplexes and accessory buildings constructed or placed after adoption of this chapter.
(A) All residences shall have useable, legal access onto a public street.
(B) All residences, outside manufactured home courts, shall have individual hookups to town services. Duplexes shall have a hookup for each unit.
(C) Duplexes shall have at least four improved off-street parking spaces provided.
(D) All residences shall be placed on permanent foundations, except manufactured homes inside manufactured home courts.
(E) All residences shall have a minimum width of 16 feet and minimum length of 32 feet.
(F) All buildings shall be adequately painted or sided to provide all-weather protection. Accessory buildings with metal siding shall be factory painted.
(G) On any lot or parcel of land used principally for residential usage, only one building intended for residential occupancy.
