§ 30.17 SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   Special meetings may be held at any time when called by the Mayor, or by two or more Councilmembers. Notice of such meeting shall be given in the official paper when practicable; otherwise, all members of the Council shall be notified if within the town limits by the Marshal, who shall serve either written or verbal notice on such member who shall not have joined in the call for such meeting. Should any member of the Council be absent from the town, such notice shall be left at his or her residence or his or her usual place of business.
