Upon completion of the public hearing and its review, the Planning Commission shall recommend one of the following to the Town Council:
(A) Approve the application with or without conditions;
(B) Reject the application, filing its reasons for doing so, in writing, within five days after the decision is made;
(C) Approve the application on the basis that a final plat, in the case of a subdivision, or final plan, in the case of a mobile home court, be submitted and approved; and
(D) The Planning Commission shall act on the application not later than 30 days after additional information has been received or a public hearing held.
