§ 152.042 REVIEW OF MINOR SUBDIVISIONS.
   An application for a minor subdivision shall be reviewed by the Planning Commission. The review of minor subdivisions shall be based on a sketch plan. The sketch plan need not be prepared by a professional engineer providing it is accurate as respects the parcel’s boundaries and is drawn to scale. A preliminary plat and final plat are not required for minor subdivisions.
