(A) On applications for single-family dwellings and accessory buildings, the Town Building Official shall do the following within five days of receipt of a complete plan:
(1) Verify that the plan as presented does or does not meet the requirements of the code, if required; and
(2) Place the plan on the agenda for the next Planning and Zoning Commission meeting for advisement by the Commission.
(B) Any certification of the Planning and Zoning Commission may be appealed to the Board of Appeals within 45 days of the action taken.
