§ 152.024 PERMIT IS FOR DEVELOPMENT AS REPRESENTED.
   The compliance permit is approved for the proposed development as represented to the Planning Commission. Modification or deviation of the development from its represented and approved form shall void the compliance permit and subject the applicant to the penalties provided for in § 152.999.
