§ 152.023 PERMIT APPROVAL.
   The approval of a compliance permit may include conditions, provided the conditions are transferred, in writing, to the applicant by the Planning Commission and/or Council with the signed permit. The Council may retain a Town Building Official to ensure compliance with conditions imposed.
