(A) Application for a compliance permit shall be made prior to the physical layout or construction of the proposed development.
(B) Application shall be filed at least seven days before a regular meeting of the Planning Commission. Complete applications filed after this deadline shall not be considered until the following month’s regular meeting.
(C) Applications for single-family dwellings, duplexes, accessory buildings and minor subdivisions may be submitted to the Town Building Official or Town Clerk/Treasurer during scheduled working hours from Monday through Friday at any time during the month.
