§ 152.021 FORM OF APPLICATION.
   Application for a compliance permit shall be made on forms provided by the town. A filing shall not be accepted until all information required is provided. Applications for multiple-family dwellings and minor subdivisions shall be made to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
