§ 152.004 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It is unlawful to erect, construct, reconstruct, move or change the use of any building, structure or land within the town without obtaining a building permit, and no permit shall be issued unless the plans for the proposed construction and/or change of use fully conform to this chapter.
