§ 11.01 SEAL.
   The following is hereby adopted as the official seal for said town:
   (A)   In the center shall be the word “seal;”
   (B)   Around the inside shall be the words “Incorporated 1907;” and
   (C)   Around the outside shall be the words “Town of Cowley, Wyo.”
