§ 35.106 AUTHORIZATION TO UTILIZE DESIGN-BUILD AND PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP PROJECT METHODS.

   (A)   The city is authorized to use design-build as a method providing for capital construction projects using a process parallel to the city’s capital project A and E procurement method, as long as best value contracting principles required by KRS 65.025 are included in the criteria for evaluation.

   (B)   The city is authorized to use a public-private partnership as long as the provisions of KRS 65.028 are followed.
