§ 50.48 COMPENSATORY ACTION.
   In lieu of enforcement proceedings, penalties, and remedies authorized by this subchapter, the city may impose upon violator alternative compensatory actions, such as storm drain stenciling, attendance at compliance workshops, creek cleanup, etc.
