§ 50.27 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.
   The city shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Pursuant to KRS 83A.087, the City of Covington, through Municipal Order, will authorize citation officers to enforce the provisions of this subchapter. In addition, duly sworn Covington Police Officers shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this subchapter.
