§ 14. PROTECTION AND OPENING TO TRAFFIC.
   Traffic shall be excluded from the pavement by erecting and maintaining barricades and signs until the concrete is at least 14 days old or has attained a compressive strength of 3,500 pounds per square inch or 550 pounds per square inch flexural strength. This traffic restriction shall apply to the contractor’s construction equipment and vehicles as well as general traffic. As soon as curing and sealing are completed, the contractor shall clean up the pavement free from all debris.
