§ 157.136 OVERRIDING NORTHERN KENTUCKY AREA PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS.
   Pursuant to KRS 147.680, the legislative body, in overriding the recommendations of the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission, must notify the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission in writing, stating the action that was taken by that body and specifying the reasons for such actions.
