§ 157.088 PUBLIC SITES.
   Where a proposed park or other recreational area, school site or other public ground identified in the adopted County Comprehensive Plan is located in whole or in part within the proposed subdivision, the Planning Commission’s duly authorized representative may require a reservation, as a condition precedent to preliminary plat approval, not to exceed one year, for the purchase of such public ground by the applicable public body.
