§ 157.035 ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR MAINTENANCE OR LAND OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
   After all improvements have been installed in accordance with the approved improvement drawings and specifications and the as-built drawings have been submitted, and the applicable legislative body or fiscal court’s inspector has indicated that the inspection was made and approved (as per § 157.114 of this chapter), the applicable legislative body or other applicable public body should accept the improvements for maintenance (or in the case of lands to be dedicated may accept such lands in fee simple, by easement or other such instrument approved by the applicable governmental body) and then transmit a copy of the instrument of acceptance to the Planning Commission’s duly authorized representative.
