The preliminary plat, the application and all other required information shall be checked by the Planning Commission’s duly authorized representative for compliance with the requirements of the preliminary plat as per § 157.050 of this chapter, the requirements of the applicable zoning ordinance, and any other pertinent sections of applicable regulations. The Planning Commission’s duly authorized representative shall also contact the applicable local and state governmental agencies and other organizations for their comments concerning the preliminary plat.
