§ 157.003 SCHEDULE OF CONSTRUCTION AND SALE OF LOTS.
   No lot, tract or parcel in a subdivision in which the property is located may be sold or transferred unless a final plat has been approved by the Planning Commission’s duly authorized representative, signed by the Chairperson of the Commission, and recorded with the County Clerk in which the property is located.
