Any person violating this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $500, for each offense, or sentenced to 30 days’ imprisonment in the county jail, or both. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
