§ 150.36 ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL; REVOCATION.
   (A)   No licensed Electrical Inspector shall issue a certificate of approval on any particular wiring or electrical installation until the electrical contractor, electrician, master electrician or owner-occupant fully complies with the requirements of the National Electric Code and other appropriate codes and ordinances as adopted by the Board of Commissioners.
   (B)   (1)   The issuance of any certificate of approval by an Electrical Inspector other than in accordance with the requirements of this subchapter shall be cause for the city to revoke the Electrical Inspector’s license and/or the city business regulatory/occupational license.
      (2)   In addition, failure of the Electrical Inspector to comply with any other requirements of this subchapter shall be further cause to revoke this license.
      (3)   The revocation shall be in addition to the criminal penalties provided in this city code.
