(A) The National Electric Code, as it may be amended, is hereby adopted in full by this section, and the same shall have the effect as if it were written fully herein, as a minimum standard for the construction, alteration and repair of any electrical wiring done within the effective area of this subchapter.
(B) These standards shall be used by the Electrical Inspector in making his or her inspections.
