(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 134.01 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in an amount not to exceed $250 or imprisonment for a period of not to exceed 30 days, or both, for the first day’s violation. Each day’s continued violation shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) Any person convicted of violating the provisions of § 134.02 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500.
