§ 131.21 PEDDLING; BEGGING.
   No person shall be permitted to expose anything for sale or hawk, peddle or solicit for any purpose in the City Hall or on the surrounding sidewalk. No person shall beg or otherwise solicit alms in the City Hall or on the sidewalk surrounding it.
