§ 122.07 STATE APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR DAMAGED FOOD OR DRUG SALES.
   No application for a going out of business sale shall be accepted by the Finance Department if the sale involves food or drugs damaged by fire or other casualty unless the approval of the state’s Department of Health is obtained.
