For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
GARAGE SALE. The sale of personal property household belongings, typically held outdoors or in a garage at the residential premises of the seller. The term shall include, but not be limited to, all sales entitled “garage sale”, “yard sale”, “lawn sale”, “attic sale”, “rummage sale”, “flea market sale” or any similar casual sale of tangible personal property.
PERSON. Includes individuals, neighborhood associations or non-profit entities.
