(A) Every application for a sexually-oriented business license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a $155 non-refundable application and investigation fee.
(B) Every application for a sexually-oriented business employee license (whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by an annual $155 non-refundable application, investigation and license fee. The renewal fee shall be based upon the actual cost of administration of the application and investigation.
(C) All application fees shall be prorated on a month by month basis if the application is received after January 31 of each year.
(E) If an employee applies for a new employee license at a different location within nine months of the date of issuance of his or her last license investigation, then the application and investigation fee will be reduced by $125.
