§ 115.08 VEHICLE MARKINGS; NEW VEHICLES.
   (A)   The vehicles used in the conduct of the merchant guard, merchant patrol or detective agency business by a licensee shall be of a color approved by the Finance Department and the Chief of Police. The color shall be different from that of the vehicles of the Police Department and, once determined, shall not be changed, except by mutual agreement between the Finance Department and the Chief of Police. Insignias shall not be painted on the sides of the vehicles which are similar to or which could be confused with that painted on the sides of the vehicles of the city, county or state law enforcement agencies.
   (B)   The vehicles used in the conduct of the merchant guard, merchant patrol or detective agency business shall not be equipped with any lights or sirens in violation of the traffic code of the city, county or the state.
   (C)   Whenever a new vehicle is acquired by a licensee for use in the conduct of his or her business as provided in this section, the type and description of the vehicle shall be immediately reported to the Finance Department.
