(A) Business license. No person shall engage in the business of a merchant guard, merchant patrol or detective agency, or act as a business or industrial guard without first obtaining a license.
(B) Individual license.
(1) No merchant guard, merchant patrol or detective agency shall employ any agent or employee unless the person to be employed has obtained a license as provided in this chapter.
(2) No person shall accept employment as an agent or employee of a merchant guard, merchant patrol or detective agency without obtaining a license, as herein provided.
