§ 97.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   APPROPRIATE MEDICAL FACILITY. The facility that provides emergency medical care or a facility that provides specialized emergency medical care and the specialized emergency medical care is determined to be medically necessary by the EMT. For example, some hospitals do not have maternity facilities.
