§ 96.057 ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The City Manager or the person designated by the City Manager in his or her absence is the principal city official responsible for the administration of this subchapter, and he or she may delegate any or all of the duties hereunder. The City Manager shall be responsible for enforcing compliance with this subchapter and may adopt reasonable procedures consistent with this chapter that are necessary for its administration or enforcement.
