(A) Whenever the owner or tenant of lands abutting or bordering upon the sidewalks of public streets shall refuse or neglect to remove snow or ice as required by § 96.039, the snow or ice may be removed under the direction of the Public Works Department and Code Enforcement Department.
(B) In the event of removal by the city, the cost thereof may be recovered through the processes authorized in Chapter 92 of the city’s code of ordinances.
